Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be subject to a 25% fee based on the scheduled service total. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show, depending on the service and availability.
I understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived at my discretion depending on the circumstances.
